Smart Smoke Filter

Smoking not only affects the smoker’s health, it also greatly influences the surrounding atmosphere. All smokers think that by smoking, they are only damaging their health. They are ignorant about the fact that their smoking indirectly affect the health of people around them. This project is made for family members of smokers that smoke in the house. A smoke sensor is programmed to be remote-controlled by a generic air conditioner remote. When a smoker smokes in front of family member, the smoke filter can be directed to go towards the smoker and filter secondhand smoke.
