A smart shelf that will automatically notify consumers and staff when an item is out of stock. LDRs are used to detect whether an item in still available. If the item is still available, the RGB attached at the side of the shelf will be green in colour. When the shelf is low on stock, the RGB will turn red and a buzzer will sound to alert the store staff to restock. This intelligent shelf is also connected to an app. The app allows store manager/staff to access the availability of an item easily.
