This is the reality faced by hundreds of young children & teens in Chow Kit, Kuala Lumpur; whose lives are overshadowed by a stroke of misfortune. Whether born in the wrong place, to parents without the necessary documentation, or victims of errors during birth registration, these individuals face a daunting path due to circumstances beyond their control.

The teachers at Arus Academy x Buku Jalanan Chow Kit (BJCK) are working tirelessly to change that.

Now, he’s the family’s BM translator and reader, assisting his illiterate parents with all their letters and messages. So proud of his progress!

For in cherishing their childhood, we sow the seeds of a brighter tomorrow, where every child's laughter echoes with the promise of hope.

By pledging a minimum donation of RM2,000, sponsors receive invitations to engage with their sponsored students twice a year. These check-in sessions provide an invaluable opportunity for sponsors to offer guidance, support, and encouragement, fostering the academic and personal growth of the students they champion.
